The Role  

This newly created and permanent role, based in Melbourne or Sydney, will lead the program for our Solution & Service Provider & Technology (product) portfolio segment. 

As the Product Marketing Manager you will work with senior stakeholders to develop and take to market Dubber’s compelling propositions and innovative solutions to our Solution and Service Provider (S&SP) customers and global Technology partner. 

Reporting directly to the Product Marketing Director, and working closely with our global marketing, product and sales teams, this role requires an individual to balance strategic and tactical programs to deliver set objectives and target metrics.

What’s your impact?

  • Collaborate and support the development of product positioning and messaging informed by market analysis, customer interviews, and competitive insights.
  • Produce compelling content, sales GTM collateral including sales proposal templates, partnership collateral, demand generation copy, use case guides and customer case studies.
  • Act as the primary thought leader for the products marketing segment you support.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Design, Support, Sales to develop and execute GTM product launches and initiatives. Leading the orchestration of launches of new products and key releases of existing products, managing the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Work with Product, Support and Sales to better understand the customer and prospect pain points, needs, and opportunities that inform campaigns, collateral/asset development and other programs.
  • Establish a program of continuous product updates and communications to the Dubber sales, partner and end-customer communities.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the GTM and marketing programs that support your product segment on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on the operational performance required optimisations.
  • Understand the customer, market and competitive landscapes. Understand your product segment’s TAM and be an expert on competition, how they are positioned, how they go to market, their technical capabilities, pricing and their drivers.

About You

  • You enjoy working in a scale-up/start-up environment with large cross-functional teams and bring 6+ years of experience in a similar role, including specific experience of product marketing as a discipline. 
  • You have experience in B2B SaaS, Service Provider or UCaaS businesses, preferably as an industry vendor and are comfortable and familiar working with product and technology partners.
  • You have an understanding of the product development lifecycle and how to operate within product-led teams with experience using data to develop pricing strategy, yield analysis and market dynamics.
  • You are an advocate for strong cross-team collaboration and can build relationships at all levels of seniority.
  • You have a growth and out-come driven mindset with a love for developing compelling propositions by engaging stakeholders through storytelling backed by data and insights. 
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create messaging and design centred on simplicity. 
  • You are a self-starter who is resourceful and always organised but can pivot easily with change and solve problems quickly by prioritising and multi-tasking. 
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field and strong skills using Microsoft Office (Excel), Google G Suite, Asana, Figma, Miro, Salesforce.
