To help drive this growth we are looking for a seasoned talent acquisition partner to ensure we continue to deliver ongoing pipelines of the highest caliber engineering talent across a variety of departments, tech stacks, disciplines and problem spaces, from Software Engineers, Staff & Principal Engineers right through to Management & Senior Management.

The role
You will be responsible for the end to end talent acquisition lifecycle across some of our growing and most complex Engineering teams, and the Stakeholder Management that comes with this. This will involve everything from partnering with Engineering Leads and Hiring Managers in planning requirements, talent mapping and engagement, through to engaging, attracting and assessing top engineering and technology talent to enable Zip to succeed.
You will be tasked with driving exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences and optimising pipeline conversions through effective stakeholder influencing. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with the TA team in the execution of our strategy while providing exceptional advisory consultation to leaders across the business.
