Job Description: 

Kick-off 2021 by joining team Homely! You will lead the charge based out of Perth and take ownership of Homely's industry partnership drive across Western Australia, by building on your existing relationships with real estate offices at a Principal and corporate level.

Day-to-day it will be expected you utilise your proven business development skills to get in front of key real estate offices to pitch high-level partnerships, educate agents on Homely's award-winning website/app and look after their account management needs.

You'll also be required to attend industry events and be comfortable presenting to large groups of industry professionals. You'll naturally be able to sniff out and hunt a deal independently, whilst still working closely with the team all across the country to solve problems to grow our customer base.

Generous industry-leading commissions will be paid on introducing new customers. 

The perfect candidate will demonstrate the following; 

  • Extensive experience working in the Australian real estate industry (min 4 years)
  • Previous experience working at a real estate portal or within a business selling to the real estate industry (must have)
  • Confidence in opening doors to your established real estate network (must have)
  • Willingness to cold call & pitch 'big picture' ideas confidently to business owners (must have)
  • Ability to work independently & have personal accountability to ensure success
  • A natural sales hunter mentality who isn't afraid to ask for the business
  • Proven sales success to not just meet but exceed prescribed sales targets
  • You are not deterred by a "no" and in fact, spurred on to achieve a "yes"
  • Successful objection handling experience
  • Great communication skills, a professional phone manner and solid presentation skills
  • Ready to get your hands dirty to build something truly great that the industry needs
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Most importantly passion, enthusiasm & drive!
