Our Marketplace team sits within Operations & Category Management and are made up of Account Managers, Coordinators, Analysts and Onboarding Specialists. This team look after our Marketplace brands from initial partnerships and training to ongoing relationship management, marketing partnerships, and sales support and advice. The important partnerships that we have with our Marketplace Sellers ensure we are able to delight our customers with the latest and greatest brands.

Working directly with the Account Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day running of the department. You will be required to work as a team but also autonomously, taking full responsibility for your tasks.

What's involved...

  • Liaising with and coordinating brands – to support them in getting the most out of their presence on-site, and to get the maximum sales and profit return for THE ICONIC
  • Be a systems expert, providing assistance to brands around set up and maintenance of styles, along with problem solving of issues
  • Developing and maintaining strong, successful relationships with key stakeholders, both internally
    and externally
  • Collating information for sales analysis, completing analytical review of sales data, and formulating
    trade action points
  • Assist in the selection of product and sourcing of new brands
  • Ensuring data integrity and maintenance
  • Liaising with Production on sample management, photo shoots and model selection
  • Liaising with the Marketing team on campaigns and brand launches
  • Providing overall administration support to the Marketplace Team
