Summary of Role:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to be based in Perth. You will coordinate closely with customer and internal teams (Product, Engineering, SMEs, Business Development and Support) and be responsible for planning, execution, and successful implementation of our SaaS products for our customers to realise their business objectives and end user value. These engagements focus on our Digital Twin solutions to help our customers and partners remove constraints and accelerate their Willow Journey. 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Regular engagement with end users, project teams and leadership to deliver real value to their business and ensure growth / ongoing value from the Willow Platform.
  • Build trust with key client end users and stakeholders for new product opportunities, pain points and frustrations to deliver ‘moments of WOW to our clients’.
  • Collaborate with business development, industry leading SMEs, product and support teams to seek to understand our customer’s needs, their business, how success is defined, and ensure that we are exceeding expectations in delivery and developing valued solutions.
  • Manage agile delivery of the project in collaboration with client to delivery scope to both schedule and budget.
  • Cultivate strong internal and external stakeholder management skills to align Willow and Client objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively to drive project delivery and improvements across the team.
  • Lead the client transition to support and Customer success teams to enable continual client value from the Willow Platform.
  • Develop deep knowledge of client processes and value to support the overall end user experience.
  • Coordinate multiple cross-functional teams, across multiple time zones to deliver to the outcome.
  • Use your insights and experience to provide feedback and ideas to our product teams for further increasing the customer value of our platform.
  • Provide regular project reporting in accordance with Willow and client requirements.
  • Support Pre-sales activities including new opportunities and Proof of Concepts to ensure successful transition to a new Willow customer.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as requested by the company for project or company business may be required and potential secondment to project offices.
  • Provide strong financial and commercial management of the project, including accurate forecasting and reporting of project costs and revenue.
  • Skills & Experience Required:

  • 5+ years Project Management hands-on experience in managing and delivering enterprise level SaaS based projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Technical Qualification in Business, Science, Computer Science/Programming or Engineering. Professional registration or certification also desirable.
  • Experience working in high pressure and fast-moving environments, consultancy ideal.
  • Proven experience using agile delivery methodologies and agile project management frameworks.
  • Experience working with new product development and delivering concurrently.
  • Excellent people management skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate and achieve results with others.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with team members and audience of all levels.
