About the role:

You will work closely with a Senior Product Manager and engineers, ensuring the product is “built right” with any technical risks or tactical options being shared with the PM for appropriate decision-making.

How you will add value:

You will work closely with a senior product manager to:

  • Understand the problems or opportunities  that we need to solve with our products
  • Ensure that the solutions that are agreed on are “built right” to a high level of quality 
  • Communicate progress and impacts to various stakeholders
  • Liaise With other Product Managers, Engineers, Sales Operations and Service to understand and document production issues
  • Design process flow diagrams or service blueprints
  • Write user stories and associated acceptance criteria
  • Ensure that requirements are understood by the team through story kick-offs and constant communication
  • Communicate any requirement dependencies, issues or risks identified through the analysis process
  • Participate in estimation sessions by describing the requirements and clarifying any questions raised
  • Address any requirement questions or issues that arise during the delivery process
  • Assist in preparing training materials, and user guides and continuously contribute to enhancing documentation

About you:

  • A data-driven approach to product management and being comfortable working with a data analyst to extract insights to support production issues
  • Ability to translate end-user requirements into technical requirements for Engineers and communicate with non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree, or product management training or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 1+ year Business Analyst, Technology, Design roles or similar digital experience
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams 
  • Demonstrated experience in being proactive and innovative in your past projects, especially a knack for design, and strategic problem solving
  • Experience of problem-solving and analysis with a team of engineers is desirable
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker or Tableau is desirable
  • Experience with Salesforce or alternate CRM systems
