Our Production team works collaboratively to liberate and inspire our customers, creating the best imagery and descriptive content to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Our Production Team spans many areas which include; Logistics, Retouching, Scheduling, Content, Photographers and Styling with over 60 people working across the different teams. 

About the Assistant Team Leader Role

The role is Full-Time and typically between 9:00am - 5:30pm, reporting into the Content Lead. These hours can change in accordance to the needs of the business. 

You are the team’s first point of contact for support on the floor. You provide real-time coaching and feedback and are responsible for a group of casual team members to support in monthly 1:1s. You will take ownership of onboarding new starters who join our team.  Working with a team of copywriters, it is crucial that you have excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with others and have a strong work ethic with a “lead by example” attitude.

In this role you will write copy for a wide range of products including women’s and men’s fashion, footwear, accessories and sportswear. You should be passionate about fashion and creating inspiring descriptions of our products, and be able to work closely with Retouching and Logistics teams to ensure the quality and consistency of copy while managing to meet key deadlines.

What’s involved... 

• Two days a week for administrative tasks 
• Actioning daily administrative tasks for the Content Team, including worksheet clearing and KPI data tracking, requests and amendments
• Managing the BAU of casual staff within Content Team, including Deputy timesheets, onboarding and monthly 1:1s for feedback based on QA performance scores
• Own the onboarding process for all content staff and assisting the Training Champion in providing consistent training and feedback to ensure productivity
• Pre-Content admin and training where necessary
• Report to Content Lead and assist with ad-hoc updates
• Be able to hit 90+ KPI consistently across all categories when rostered to write
• You will assist the Content Lead to motivate and drive the performance of the content team.
