Our Operational Excellence is a growing team helping the business achieving the long term goals. The mission of the team is to bring logistic expertise, develop processes and engineering systems as well as guiding the business decisions based on supply chain analytics.

What's involved...

We are looking for a Process Consultant to join the Operational Excellence Team, reporting to the Head of Operations Excellence. You will lead the operational transformation required to enable the introduction of the Warehouse Management System, automation units and other key initiatives across The Iconics Fulfilment Centre. Your long term vision will help the business to reach a sustainable maturity.

  • Project manage and be key designer with our partners on key projects including milestones to assess readiness across the business for the new technology to go live.
  • Play a key role in the optimization team to identify different areas of improvement across our Fulfilment Centre (FC), including data analysis and documentation.
  • Take a key role in delivery of the operational readiness for the new warehouse and order management systems for the fulfilment centre. Collaborating with Vendor on training strategy and approach to rollout of education.
  • Ensure a long term strategy is achieved, utilising your strong process improvement skill set to deliver projects in a timely manner
  • Take operations on a clear journey working with key project teams to deliver projects.
  • Communicate internally the future of the Operations, including the use of VR Tools,
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in support of projects.

About you...

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in the job offered or related environment such as Continuous Improvement Engineer, transformation, project engineer, in a large-scale environment
  • Warehouse Management Implementation experience  or lead large transformation projects
  • High level of adaptability (including AGILE methodology)
  • Experience with AMRs, sortation and other supply chain technologies.
  • Being autonomous as well as working well in a team.
  • Lean and Six Sigma methodologies knowledge preferred
