How you can help make a better world of work

The VP of Product is a critical leadership role in Culture Amp's Product organisation. 

This role is responsible for evolving our evergreen product strategy, and collaborating with leaders and executives across the company to deliver a clear and compelling plan against it.

This role will make Culture Amp a destination for world-class Product Managers - leading, inspiring, and growing our Product Management practice to over 30 PMs in the next 2 years.

You will 

  • Collaborate with executives and leaders across the business to identify and place bets on our most promising market opportunities.
  • Partner with our product and go-to-market teams to act on these opportunities, create exceptional experiences for our customers, and extend our position as the market leader in employee experience.
  • Lead and inspire our most senior Product Managers to hone their craft (and your own!) as we continue to grow our Product Management Practice.

You have 

  • Experience as a product leader in fast-growth B2B SaaS companies during the "scale up" phase (500+ employees) 
  • An excellent eye for talent and a track record of growing large product management practices (30+ product managers) at scale.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience engaging and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including strategic customers, executive teams, and company boards. 
  • A fascination (and preferably domain experience) with the world of people and culture, particularly what it takes to develop people and create high-performance teams.
