To keep up with client demand, we’re looking for a talented Associate/Senior Associate level Registered Australian Patent Attorney with a technical background in ICT and engineering to join the team in Sydney.
As a Patent Attorney, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services and advice to a broad range of clients and helping develop and grow our practice. You will work directly with our existing Patents team to leverage your technical background to increase the offering of our practice.
Beyond working directly on patents within your specialty, you will be involved in working with the internal LegalVision transformation team to develop and implement new and more efficient ways for the team to work.

This position is ideal for a 3+ year Registered Australian Patent Attorney with skills and experience that compliment those of our current team. You must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be comfortable in an environment of constant change. You look for solutions as opposed to just identifying problems. The role will develop over time as we build the practice, so being comfortable forging a path forward will help you make the most of your time at LegalVision.
