As we continue to grow, an opportunity has arisen for a Customer Onboarding Manager to join our Customer Success team. As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you are the most important touchpoint for our newest customers who are about to start their SafetyCulture journey to drive safety, quality and operational outcomes.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of SafetyCulture products with our customers. You’ll use your exceptional communication skills to work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver projects on time, while exceeding the needs and expectations of our customers.
As our teams continue to scale globally we are looking for an ambitious Customer Onboarding Manager with a passion to set others up for success. You will support key projects as we continue to build out a world class customer onboarding process and experience globally.
Strong relationship and stakeholder management skillsExperience implementing software (SaaS experience desirable)Ability to actively listen, understand customer pain points and take actionAbility to prioritise proactive outreach to customers and leverage playbooks and processes to drive successA strong passion for teaching, coaching and delivering change through technology in a target driven environmentA background in leveraging data through a variety of tools to inform and execute strategies that encourage product adoptionPersuasion and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate up and down an organisation underpinned by outstanding verbal and written communication skills
How you will spend your time:
Own and project manage the onboarding of our customers from post-sales through successful onboarding closeoutDrive customer adoption by using data to understand how product usage drives ongoing success Understand and consult on product and industry best practices in order to act as a trusted advisor to our customers and inspire new use cases with SafetyCulture Collaborate on projects to improve onboarding and customer success processes Lead onsite training and workshops Share customer stories and best practices through team enablement sessions Provide insights on customer behaviours throughout their SafetyCulture onboarding
