The role 
In this role you will work with your teams to make data-backed decisions that drive growth and help us understand forecasting, pipeline management and changes. This role empowers our Sales Team to make key decisions based on your analysis and interpretation of trends or patterns in complex data sets.

Who you will work with 
As our new Sales Operations Analyst in our Revenue team, you will partner very closely with our CRO, Head of Sales and Senior Insights Manager to supercharge our growth. This is a great learning opportunity connecting with the sales team and the data team and you will also be joining a wider community of analysts who connect to share, learn & currently enjoy virtual coffee catch ups.

Who You Are

  • You have a couple of years now under your belt in analysis, reporting & forecasting and ready to really grow your career. 
  • You love taking complex data and communicating the story it gives and using that to make recommendations. You excel skills are of course sublime.  
  • You bring a creative approach to the problems to be solved and can push back on ‘gut feel’ with solid data backed analyses 
  • What You Will Do

  • Be key in giving analytical support and regular reporting across the Sales Team via Tableau and Salesforce dashboards for sales forecasting and commissions and of course monitor sales performance metrics and spy the tactics that impact growth and importantly customer satisfaction. 
  • You will help to develop clear, effective reports and data visualisations to help evaluate how the sales team is tracking against the goals, using a combination of Excel, Tableau and SQL 
  • Be involved with the business to identify optimal product pricing and promotion models and assist with budgeting and forecasting 
  • What You Will Bring

  • You’re ready to be “go to” person when it comes to building data models, reports and dashboards in BI tools such as Tableau 
  • A keen desire to grow your skill set and add value. You are the type of person who has the curiosity and hustle of a self-starter 
  • You can find the risks and opportunities through interpreting reporting and analysis 
  • You may already have exposure and experience in SQL and Tableau and can handle multiple levels of data granularity, but you could also be wanting to be in an environment that you can learn that, in which case we also offer an amazing leader who is committed to seeing you grow as fast as you want to go
