About the position
We are seeking a passionate, friendly and engaging individual who enjoys helping customers in their initial and ongoing use of the Moula client portal. Someone who prides themselves on delivering a high level of customer excellence through educating, guiding and problem solving customer's queries.
We provide all necessary on the job training so a banking background is not essential. Yet, a flair with people is a key element and highly desirable for this dynamic role.
What you will bring:
We don’t know it all. We’re not looking for someone who does. But you’ll need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up, be curious, and keep pushing until you’ve found the boundary.
