As a Delivery Driver Supervisor at Brosa, you’ll get to:

  • Be responsible for the day to day driver and delivery operations in Melbourne
  • Assist the Delivery Manager in creating, improving, and implementing processes
  • Understand and update the internal ERP system as required
  • Deliver and assemble items (must be comfortable using tools)
  • Be responsible for team rostering
  • Assess truck health and liaising with mechanics and other stakeholders regarding repairs and truck replacements
  • Complete ad hoc duties based on business needs as requested by the Delivery Manager

  • A full Australian driver’s license (no special license is required to drive the commercial trucks)
  • Experience driving small commercial trucks
  • Previous logistics and customer service experience
  • An attention to detail especially when following a multi-step process
  • The ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
  • A welcoming and helpful attitude
  • The ability to work both independently and with a team
  • A flexible work schedule in case overtime is required
