About the role:

You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by optimising and streamlining revenue processes. This position will partner closely with the Customer Solutions team to ensure the seamless delivery of strategic initiatives, enhancing revenue generation and operational efficiency. The Revenue Operations Manager will leverage data-driven insights to inform strategy, improve processes, and align cross-functional teams towards achieving revenue goals. Additionally, the Revenue Operations Manager will manage the incentives program for our Sales team, including our Performio Commission tool to motivate and drive sales performance.

How you will add value:

  • Support the Head of Revenue Operations with activities to deliver on the Revenue Operations roadmap and our Sales Strategy
  • Be a strategic partner to the Head of Customer Solutions AU/NZ and Sales leaders to drive revenue and growth opportunities, including revenue reporting & insights, and proactively seek to improve the business in a data-driven way
  • Partner with our Salesforce Platform team with delivering on the initiatives and enhancements to our CRM environment, including the agreed projects in the FY25 strategic roadmap, ensuring our CRM is consistently optimised by using best in market practice to support the needs of hipages
  • Manage the Sales incentive and commissions program and maintain the Performio commission payments system
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the team by providing necessary support and guidance
  • Contribute to the execution of hipages overall sales and business growth strategies

About you:

  • 8+ years experience in a senior Sales/Revenue Operations role
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes and systems, including expertise in Salesforce/CRM platforms
  • Conduct and interpret data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, ability to put recommendations into actions
  • Ability to engage to varying stakeholders across multi-cultural environments
  • Exceptional analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills to drive informed decision-making and optimise sales strategies. 
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth Saas company is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to thrive in dynamic environments
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
