We are looking for a talented Product Owner to join our Customer Solutions team, part of the wider Enterprise Technology group based in Wellington. This role can be based from Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne or remote in NZ.
About the team:
This team’s purpose is to enable our stakeholders with tools & best practices to better engage with our customers, market Xero products and grow Xero's reach. Core to this team's purpose is understanding the practices today, and helping create a vision for what this could look like tomorrow and beyond. This team works most closely with the Digital Marketing team and other key stakeholders. This team is primarily a development team with Salesforce Engineers, Business Analyst, QAs, Architects etc involved in the day to day.
About the role:
As a Product Owner in the Platform Technology team you will have an opportunity to work with some of the strategically important initiatives for Xero. Such as, improving our customer conversations, enabling our events programmes and supporting customer growth strategies. You will also work with a wide range of stakeholders - including the Marketing, Communication, Global Events, Social Media teams and many more.
