To help drive this growth we are looking for a Director, Enterprise Sales & Partner Success to lead Zips enterprise sales function and help deliver extraordinary results. You will drive change, build and deliver a roadmap to develop our category strategies and offerings, and implement a strategic sales plan whilst avoiding obstacles that arise in an ever changing and shifting market. This includes the oversight of Partner Success, Business Development, Partner Onboarding, Sales Engineering, and Planning & Sales Operations.

You will

  • Own our strategy and roadmap to deliver acquisition at scale across our Enterprise partner channels
  • Implement a strategic sales and account management plan to capitalise on that strategy and facilitate the growth and success of our key relationships
  • Ensure teams are competent in delivering Zip messages to Enterprise partners and identifying and serving their needs
  • Work with Sales Enablement to develop world class sales tools, toolkits and playbooks
  • Develop Enterprise partner plans and manage inbound/outbound activities
  • Develop and manage Zip channel sales approach and partners
  • Scale merchant acceptance allowing us to build deeper relationships with these partners as well as to our customers 
  • Support launches of all new Managed Accounts, liaising with Product and Marketing to  develop ongoing merchandising and marketing programs and capabilities
  • Financial forecasting and sales team targets/commission structure planning and oversight
  • Drive sales & account management discipline and robust processes
  • Create and present sale team performance to executive team
  • Optimise team structures to optimise outcomes
  • Driving On-boarding and Integration capabilities to ensure seamless & frictionless experiences
  • Lead, coach, mentor & develop our people to be their best
  • You will bring

  • Significant experience leading and managing Enterprise Sales and Account management functions
  • Experience in ecommerce, retail, payments or technology related businesses
  • Strategic thinker and influencer to get others to follow
  • A track record of accomplishment in selling within a diverse & complex portfolio
  • Sound financial & commercial acumen
  • Ability to process, analyse and think “outside the box” to get results
  • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring of teams to deliver success under pressure
  • Ability to collaborate with, influence & persuade others; with an inspirational leadership style and structured thinking
  • Results-orientated with a record to prove it and strong customer first ethic
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels within an organisation
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and able to pivot and adapt with a sense of urgency
