How you’ll make an impact
Leading and developing a team of Partner Consultants; guiding, coaching and mentoring and ensuring we deliver outstanding Partner experiences and exceptional technical GTM support for our sales team.
You would be responsible for the successful growth, support, coaching and development of the Partner Consulting team. You’ll develop plans and tactics to ignite and develop our Xero Partners.
What you'll do
Work closely with the Head of Partner Consulting to execute on national partner sales strategies and to ensure national agreed sales targets are metThrive on driving an engaging high performance team culture, and an inspiring environmentMentor and coach team members, and provide frequent feedback to individuals to support their continuing development, both their technical skills and soft skillsProvide outstanding leadership and motivation to the team while ensuring accountabilityDrive achievement of KPIs including meeting activityBe comfortable working with all business functions and stakeholders from the SLT to set strategy, through to front-line contributors who might be early in their careerFoster a culture of feedback that promotes personal and professional growth and developmentEmbed FuelX sales methodology in team’s consulting activitiesWork with team members to ensure all have appropriate and up to date product knowledge of Xero and Xero’s practice toolsBe the escalation point where partners need leadership attentionContinually review and update systems and procedures to ensure excellent partner experiences and smooth interactions between Partner Consultants and Account Managers
