In this role, you will see yourself accountable for leading the growth strategy and overseeing the delivery of the Professional Services business within the region. This role has overall accountability for client satisfaction, the delivery of quality and adoption and use of standards, project profitability, portfolio growth, utilisation and continuous improvement within their portfolio. Additionally, this role is responsible for ensuring cross regional and industry collaboration to support client solutions.
You will also be accountable for the overall people leadership, management and employee engagement.

Leading the operational delivery of Professional Services to clients within region to drive and achieve high levels of service excellence and cost effectiveness in support of the overall Versent business goals and directionDrive the adoption and use of Versent delivery standards and methods in collaboration with the Head of Portfolio Management and Workforce Planning, Directors (Customer) and Directors (Practice)Responsible for the region’s Profit & Loss (P&L) and managing the regional utilisation targets to ensure the region operations within the P&L.Managing interdependencies to optimise regional growth and guide effective delivery to clients; act as escalation point for clients on complex delivery issues and manage outcomes in co-operation with all teamsProviding strategic client management advice to Executive team and contribute to the formulation of the strategic direction of the overall Versent businessTranslating agreed Company direction and strategy into sales and client management strategies within their dedicated region to optimise the achievement of business growth objectives, ensuring alignment of growth priorities with the Company’s overall objectivesLeading the development of the regional growth strategy, sales plan and forecasts to Versent regional revenue targetExcels at strategic thinking, be open to new perspectives and better ways to do things; and be creative, a visionary, and manage innovation wellEstablishes good relationships with customers and employees; build effective external networks and relates to people of all levels and manages conflict effectively
