About you

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our in-house support team and assist the team in daily technical support activities. You’ll work with Seer’s engineering team to improve our at-home epilepsy diagnostic service, providing crucial support to the most important people at Seer: our patients. You’ll work to improve the patient experience and the quality of the service – performing and refining remote examinations to ensure our monitoring systems are operating correctly. You’ll maintain daily contact with patients, and be the first point of contact for those who require assistance.

To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. You must be able to work well in a team environment, and be comfortable operating independently.
