The role:
An exciting opportunity has come up for a Strategy Associate to join our Operations team. You will be working closely with our Commercial and Compliance teams to ensure best processes are put in place to improve the onboarding customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Own strategic initiatives to uplift our operations including
  • Work with the Commercial team and Compliance team to ensure onboarding experience for different business use cases are customer friendly while managing right level of risk.
  • Work with the business to ensure the onboarding team is across all new business initiatives.
  • Strategise over how best to uplift our operational processes and drive efficiency gains including onboarding process flow and customer support.
  • Drive visibility into team SLAs and help build processes that will ensure best in class customer experience.
  • What you'll bring

  • 2+ years of experience, preferably in top-tier strategy/management consulting or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technology, financial services and/or experience in a high growth environment is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
