We have huge plans to continue to grow our Sydney Tech Lab in 2022 and acquire new customers across, EMEA, APAC and America. To get the job done we are scaling our Talent Team. This is an exciting opportunity to genuinely partner and connect with the leadership team and people leaders to make a difference!

You will need to be experienced and passionate about hiring extraordinary Tech and Product talent. Be inventive with sourcing amazing talent and be passionate about delivering P&C initiatives and hiring excellence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engage and partner with our CTO, CPO and Hiring Managers and teams to understand roles and creatively source and pipeline top talent.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment including resume screening, phone interviews, scheduling, providing meaningful feedback, candidate communication, offers and onboarding.
  • Use a multi-channel approach to find the perfect alignment for Trade Ledger’s jobs; inventive candidate sourcing, events, meet-ups etc.
  • Be an ambassador our brand, passionately engaged candidates and provide all external partners with an incredible experience.

About you:

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition – RPO / inhouse recruiter or TA Partner.
  • Experience working for a high growth tech company recruiting across Engineering and product roles will set you up for success.
  • Business savvy with outstanding interviewing skills including behavioural based screening.
  • Ability to work in forward thinking teams and be able to prioritise multiple tasks and balance your workload efficiently at pace.
  • Experience in recruiting active and passive candidates through various methods: networking, internet, networking communities, website, referrals, university relations, and other creative methods.
  • Experience partnering with senior level managers and interviewers to gain an in-depth understanding of the position, personality and experience we are seeking.
  • Be confident to push back when needed, comfortable operating in the grey and knowing when to seek out direction and feedback.
  • Ideally you will have an understanding of Hiring Best Practice, EVP, Quality of Hire and what outstanding hiring looks like.
