About the opportunity:

The Senior PMO Analyst will provide high-quality analysis, coordination, communication, governance, reporting and information management support to all initiatives within the Technology Portfolio. This role will develop and manage integrated portfolio reporting, dependency management, and resource management best practices including time-sheeting across several type of initiatives utilising a mix of waterfall and Agile methodologies.

In this role you will:

  • Partner with the Delivery Leads in managing Supply & Demand across Technology, this will involve creating a resource plan to ensure full visibility of all resource workloads.
  • Support the implementation of a fit for purpose IT portfolio delivery governance framework, and supporting processes and tools, to ensure consistent high standards are maintained
  • Develop and manage portfolio tracking, controls and analytics measures including the documentation of a common set of risks, decisions, assumptions, issues and benefits applicable across the portfolio.
  • Monitor and deliver accurate, complete and timely and reporting to provide the business with transparent analysis of strategic alignment, portfolio risks, dependencies, assumptions, financials, compliance and performance.
  • Experience in developing and reviewing project financial management reports with a clear understanding of the treatment of CAPEX and OPEX

You should apply if you have :

  • Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with SDLC IT delivery in an enterprise environment including system integration, multiple products, systems and relevant functional groups.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to seek out information and break down problems and situations into simple lists of components, options or alternatives.
  • Minimum 5 years of similar experience in an IT portfolio or PMO management and governance delivery role looking after projects within complex and fast paced organisation.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing projects within an Agile environment.
  • Extensive experience with project management systems, tools and processes and how to implement and use these effectively in a project environment (i.e. Asana, DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, MSP, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams etc,
  • Certification in PMBok PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies
