We help our customers get ahead and stay ahead with estimating and job management software to manage the job end-to-end, from first contact and quote to final invoice. Our cloud software is now used to estimate and manage hundreds of millions of dollars of profitable construction jobs across Australia, New Zealand and North America. Your domain

Our Marketing team is responsible for driving demand and building the Buildxact brand globally. They are a close, high-performing team that holds each other accountable for the work they do. They use data-driven insights to understand what makes our audience tick and design the messaging, content, strategies and tactics to attract builders and trades to the brand.

As Digital Lead you will be the team leader for a group of specialist managers in the digital domain, including digital marketing, marketing technology and data insights.

What you’ll nail

  • Lead and motivate a multi-skilled team to realise their potential and achieve their functional outcomes.
  • Advocate and plan for the right prioritisation and resourcing to enable to the team to perform at their peak.
  • Advocate and be a voice for the digital team to the wider business.
  • Be accountable for the lead generation outcomes for the direct marketing channel.
  • Ensure continuous review and improvement of the marketing technology stack, including the website.
  • Lead the team in the exploration of new opportunities across the digital domain to enhance and articulate a strong digital plan.
  • Coordinate and lead the development of a scalable digital marketing plan globally across paid and owned digital channels in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, Insights Manager and external agencies.
  • Identify and plan investment opportunities across the domain.
  • Work with the team to further plan and build a data analytics capability to help inform data driven sales and marketing decisions.
