Who we are looking for

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our growing team. This is a full-time role based in Melbourne. Requirements

You have

  • 1-2 years of experience preferably working in a start-up environment
  • Written a test case in the based, run unit tests and user-based testing.
  • Experience with key testing methodologies in BDD & TDD
  • Worked with functional tests for API’s
  • A good understanding of Jira and Github is preferred but not required

You will

  • Be the go-to person in the organisation for systems/IT administration related-queries, including systems administration and user provisioning
  • Write the testing procedures for Brosa and develop the QA Documentation for Brosa.
  • Maintaining the software to a good quality will be your top priority.
  • Be a critical part of our deployment process as well as Plan, conduct and monitor testing for enterprise applications custom developed in house.
  • Develop internal QA processes and systems that help to maintain the quality of software.
  • Manage reported bugs/issues
  • Partner cross-functionally with other team members and collaborate with Sr. Engineers on the team
  • Support the wider team with day to day technical issues
  • Stay informed and at par on new solutions, technology, and skills

What success looks like

In the first month of the job, we will help you to play a key role in the software deployment process. You will have the opportunity to sit with team members and learn how to partner cross-functionally. You will also start to Maintain QA stands across all software.

Within the next few months, you will continue to grow with automation testing and work to create documentation and guides for customers. By this time you will also be the go-to person for the company IT needs, make suggestions for system improvements and assisting others with day to day technical challenges.
