Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. When our offices re-open, we will provide the choice to work from home or return to work in an office unless a job requirement makes it necessary for a particular role to be performed at an Atlassian office.
Atlassian has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, upbeat, and creative HR professional to support the HR Partners team (includes HRBPs, Employee Relations, HR Enablement, Regional HR Partners, and HR Specialists), to help design and scale HR solutions to our key HR challenges. This position will play a critical role in partnering with the R&D business units to educate and set them up for the future.
As the HR Partners team evolve, so will this role. The ideal candidate is nimble, scrappy, and able to pivot quickly to changing priorities and decisions. Also critical is to know and understand the roles on the HR Partners team, have empathy for the work they do, and to draw on previous HR experience to make sound decisions and recommendations.
More about you
More about our team
The People Programs and Engagement Team (sitting within the HR Partners team) is a small but mighty team serving as trusted advisors to the members of the team and the business. We are the lifeline between the HR Partners team and the rest of the People organization (Talent, TA, Total Rewards, etc). We manage a two-way street between teams to provide strategic HR input into People programs, and, in return, we enable the HR Partners team to successfully launch People programs with the business.
