That's why we are looking for a talented Support Specialist to join our support team. What's the role?

As our Support Specialist, you will work closely with our support team to help us deliver exceptional support experiences to teachers and students. You will work closely with the support team to deliver onboarding and support to our users and will help evolve our support operations and systems. This is a truly unique opportunity to help impact our users, processes and the culture of our support team.

As our Support Specialist, your goal is to:

  • Deliver outstanding training and onboarding to all of our teacher users.
  • Help us implement best practice support processes, documentation and experiences.
  • Ensure all of our teacher and student users have an exceptional support experience.
  • Become our in-house product and support specialist.
  • Champion a company-wide culture of support excellence

Requirements

Who are you?

We would love to hear from Support Specialists with a passion for helping users of a product get the most out of their experience. You love solving problems, communicating clearly, and helping others. You thrive working with others, love solving tough problems, and obsess over details and evidence to help you make the best choices.

We would love to hear from you if:

  • You have experience providing support to users of a product.
  • You love solving complex problems and troubleshooting.
  • You have superior written and spoken English communication skills.
  • You hold a bachelor degree or equivalent from a university.
  • You have experience using helpdesks, CRMs and/or databases to deliver support.
  • You genuinely love helping other people.

We would really love to hear from you if:

  • You have worked at a market-leading technology company.
  • You have a design, technology or education background.
  • You have experience working as a teacher, tutor, learning designer, etc.
  • You genuinely believe in the power of education in changing the world.

What is our hiring process?

If you are not successful, we will let you know why and try our best to help you fill in any gaps.

Our interview process consists of a recruiter phone screen, a hiring manager interview, a homework task and a panel interview. These will be completed in-person or online (via Zoom).
