As our E-Commerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring our product & campaign launches are executed in an efficient manner, with a large focus on time-to-live and stock offline measures. This role is highly cross-collaborative and requires strategic & analytical skills to assess supporting website search, page traffic & category optimisations. You will also be responsible for leading a small in-house & off-shore team, ensuring priorities are set and workflow is streamlined.
Coordinate the daily upload of new products to the website, ensuring product selection is based on seasonality and range cohesion, and the visual merchandising of What’s New is successfully implemented in SalesforceResponsible for improving the overall time-to-live measure and ensuring stock offline checks are routinely completed to catch any discrepanciesLiaise with the Marketing & Product teams to manage the launch of new campaign collections to the website, including confirmation that all products are shot & ready, creation & maintenance of edits, and completion of QC checks on go-liveReport on Page Traffic, Search & Stock Not Live metrics on a weekly basis, as well as analyse and help facilitate key actionsManage Assistants within the E-comm team, ensuring day-to-day workload is correctly prioritised based on shoot & uploads schedulesManage the workload and efficiency of off-shore teams, including continually re-assessing quality & timingsWork with the Product & management team to report & troubleshoot website anomalies, and ensure the website is in an overall optimal, shoppable stateBuild and maintain cross-department communication in order to ensure information is pro-actively procured and workflow is sustainable through periods of change, launch and complication
Experience & Qualities We Look For:
2+ years experience in a similar role within eCommerceExperience in leading a small teamUnderstanding of digital content and optimisation of content eg. web traffic, SEO, Google analyticsIntermediate skills in Photoshop and LightroomGeneral understanding of garment fit and fabricationCompetency in writing informative & SEO optimised fashion product descriptionsSalesforce experience (or similar E-commerce platform)Adaptable, flexible and able to work autonomously and unsupervised
