We are currently seeking an experienced People & Culture Partner to join our team, fondly known as “the crew.” You are the ultimate relationship builder and care deeply about our culture, as well as guiding management and supporting Finder scaling needs as we continue to grow. Success in this role looks like this: You will identify, develop, iterate and execute a people management strategy with your client groups - one which is connected to the company, business and People & Culture crew objectives for greater efficiency. In partnership with the broader People & Culture crew identify needs and use existing resources in creative ways. You will be instinctive enough to jump on critical business issues & solution opportunities when you see them, fearless enough to get operational items resolved, and savvy enough to work with all levels in a matrixed environment. You will help to elevate management and leadership capacity by truly understanding needs and perspectives. You will build strong, respectful relationships and overcome obstacles with fortitude.

You Will:

You will play a key role in helping management shape and drive the talent agenda supporting business goals. Specifically, you will work closely with our European crews and C-suite (known as our foundations leaders/executive-level managers) to identify People & Culture issues, opportunities, strategies and solutions to challenges within the business such as:

  •  Be a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all People & Culture related issues including talent mapping, succession planning, change management initiatives and HR restructures
  • Coach people managers to become increasingly more effective at leading, managing and developing their teams, employees and cross-functional relationships
  • Lead all stages of the People & Culture experience and partner with crew across Finder, in and outside of People & Culture, on global projects
  • Assist in development and oversee local programs, processes, policies and people products we build internally including strategies for performance reviews, managing crew relations, compensation reviews, onboarding, training, and talent review
  • Manage and resolve simple to complex relationship untapped opportunities, tensions, and conflicts by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations
  • Build cross-location relationships within P&C team and other departments to ensure the crew members are provided with a consistent level of experience and all HR practices are “well-translated” into location-specific reality
  • Develop internal communications strategies in partnership with your leadership team
  • Maintain files, contracts, updating systems and running people related reports
  • Support business strategies for crews travel plans and arrangements in accordance with travel policies
  • Oversee and manage business strategies for crew benefits including social activities and office facilities

 

You Have:

  • University Degree in Business Administration or related fields (or comparable experience)
  • 6+ years of business strategy experience in a vibrant, innovative company
  • Good understanding of business needs, wide approach to problem-solving
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of drivers surrounding people decisions
  • Proven ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment and ambiguity, can-do attitude coupled with successful experience in developing and delivering HR projects

 

Nice to have: 

  • Intellectual curiosity to bring new insights to the business, preferably in a multicultural environment
  • Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make the best use of limited resources
  • Management consultancy HR experience in the start-up environment will be beneficial
