We are currently seeking an experienced People & Culture Partner to join our team, fondly known as “the crew.” You are the ultimate relationship builder and care deeply about our culture, as well as guiding management and supporting Finder scaling needs as we continue to grow. Success in this role looks like this: You will identify, develop, iterate and execute a people management strategy with your client groups - one which is connected to the company, business and People & Culture crew objectives for greater efficiency. In partnership with the broader People & Culture crew identify needs and use existing resources in creative ways. You will be instinctive enough to jump on critical business issues & solution opportunities when you see them, fearless enough to get operational items resolved, and savvy enough to work with all levels in a matrixed environment. You will help to elevate management and leadership capacity by truly understanding needs and perspectives. You will build strong, respectful relationships and overcome obstacles with fortitude.
