Showpo is on the lookout for an Influencer Assistant to help drive our influencer program, assist in influencer and creator relationship management and build our brand and product with millions of fans around the world each day through creator and influencer activity.

About The Role:

  • This is a unique opportunity to work with Australia’s leading fashion e-commerce retailer. It’s a fun, hands on role working in an agile and creative environment. 
  • We’re looking for someone who is passionate about fashion and youth culture, who has experience working with epic influencers and content creators, lives for pop-culture, fashion trends and knows what ‘relevant’ is - how to identify it, create it, start it. 
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the marketing team to deliver on our global influencer and creator program requirements
  • Assist the Influencer Coordinator with briefing and management of influencer contracts to deliver content and social posts
  • Identify and build strong relationships with key influencers in line with the brand across all social platforms
  • Collaborate with the Social Media team on influencer focused campaigns
  • Constantly source new talent which aligns with the brand
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
  • Negotiate and deliver cost effective use of budget
  • Support managers in processing influencer orders 
  • Tracking influencer posting schedules and update reports with influencer order and posting information
  • Support influencer team with other tasks as required
  • Experience & Qualities Required:

  • Experience in a marketing support role for a fast paced fashion and retail brand
  • Lives and breathes social media and influencer marketing
  • A go-getter attitude
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to work under pressure
  • Works well in a rapidly changing and fast-moving environment
