If you’ve been working in a b2b sales environment this could be the perfect opportunity for you! As a Sales Development Rep in our growing team, you’ll be working closely with our Account Executives to target clients that you identify as a great fit for Ento. 

As a natural communicator you’ll be in your element, finding new ways to engage and build rapport so you can demonstrate the value of our software and open up opportunities! 

About us

Ento is a Series B, SaaS scale-up with teams in Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland and Toronto building a workforce success platform that enables enterprises to automate, engage, optimise and succeed with their large shift-based workforces. 

Our product is considered best-of-breed and we have an amazing reputation with our customers and partners. We’ve been able to prove product-market fit across a range of industries and an ability to push into Enterprise size deals.


Our approach to flexible work 

We work a compressed fortnight. This means the team work slightly longer days (8.4 hours) over nine days so that every second Friday is an RDO. That’s right - a three day weekend every other week! 
 
As this is a part time role you’ll work 5.5 hours per day across a 9 day fortnight - you’ll still get that RDO! - and we're flexible on how you manage these hours to fit in with whatever else you have going on in your life. 
 
While we love our offices, we also have flexibility in where we work. So while you’ll always have a desk in our office, outside of four days each fortnight, you’ll be free to work from home should you wish. 
 
We also recognise that everyone is a little different and sometimes you’ll need flexible arrangements that suit your situation. We’ll happily discuss your needs and if we can make it work we will! 
 

About you

You work best in a fast paced environment and love a bit of (healthy!) competition. You enjoy the thrill of the chase and you’ve got a reputation for being persistent when faced with a challenge. 

You love working with people, building rapport, and can hold a conversation with anyone. You know how to build value and trust with your customers. And you love finding creative ways to open up new commercial relationships.

You’ve got a nose for an opportunity, know how to uncover the problems facing a business, and can explain how our software will make their lives easier.

  • Booked our Account Executives in for demonstrations with qualified leads
  • Contributed to process optimisation, copywriting and outreach strategies Influenced some of the key industry stakeholders through your ability to craft a narrative
  • Effectively managed CRM records to ensure complete visibility of pipeline & opportunitiesHigh-fived your manager/friend/dog for achieving your monthly quota of qualified opportunities (nice work!).
  • Your background

  • Experienced in pitching to senior business leaders 
  • Structured sales experience utilising a multi-touch point approach (email / phone / LinkedIn)
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills 
  • High levels of resilience, drive and integrity
  • Demonstrated ability to ask investigative questions and extract information
  • High level of commercial acumen and understanding of business problems
  • An understanding of and interest in software and how it can solve business problems
  • While not essential, experience with HR solutions and Salesforce CRM will be highly regarded
