As we continue to rapidly scale a newly created opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition specialist to join our growing Global Talent Acquisition team.

As a trusted talent advisor, you’ll establish yourself as an extension of the Go to Market team in Sydney. Leveraging effective stakeholder management skills, you’ll consult with leaders to provide a best-in-class recruitment service, using the latest sourcing and passive pipeline management techniques, while providing a fantastic candidate experience.

Your collaborative and hands on approach will see you develop strong relationships across the organisation as you continue to champion best practice. You will thrive working in a fast paced and dynamic environment and will be dedicated to sourcing unique and talented candidates who share our values and customer obsession.

What you'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles in Sydney
  • Develop an analytical and data-driven approach to sourcing and talent attraction strategies that deliver key results and provide a great candidate experience
  • Think strategically about how we source candidates, through a variety of sourcing channels
  • Coach and train internal stakeholders on best practice interviewing techniques and our interview process
  • Contribute to building our employer brand through cross-functional collaboration, communications and utilising different channel networks
  • You won’t be afraid to challenge the status quo, and always be seeking ways to improve our hiring processes!
  • What you'll Need

  • A demonstrated ability to learn and problem solve in a fast-changing environment
  • 2-5 years of talent acquisition experience in an in-house talent team or recruitment agency
  • Able to demonstrate SafetyCulture values (Think Customer, Open Honest Always, Better as a Team, Be Bold Bring Action)
  • Prior experience recruiting Sales, Customer and Marketing roles strongly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully
  • Ability to identify, develop and test innovative sourcing strategies and passive pipeline management 
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and driving high impact hires
  • Excellent teamwork and ability to work effectively with a diverse team
