As we continue to scale a newly created opportunity has arisen for a Head of Revenue Operations to lead our newly created Global Revenue Operations team. At SafetyCulture, our RevOps team is a centralised operations function focused on driving alignment between Marketing, Sales & Customer Success. Our team works to determine the optimal toolset and strategies to grow revenue while prioritising efficiency and accountability across teams.
With previous proven experience leading a Global Operations function at scale, you will be dedicated to driving efficiency in high growth environments, balancing product-led strategy with sales-led initiatives and breaking down internal silos. You will be passionate about aligning teams towards a shared goal and driving accelerated growth through streamlined processes and systems

We’ve raised more than $150 million in funding, which will be used to evolve the product into an alerts platform for distributed teams, and expansion into insurance, sensors and IoT, and telematics for fleets. The goal is to have 100 million people using our products every day.
