This role is responsible for supporting the Senior Account Managers (SAMs) and Account Managers (AMs) by growing and developing and managing Xero relationships with Accounting and Bookkeeping channels.
You will be the first point of call for new Partners signing up to become part of the Xero Partner Program and speaking with Partners interested in using Xero tax. You will be crucial in delivering a great partner experience showcasing the benefits of the Partner Program.
This includes moving Partners through Xero status (and achieving Bronze), by signing clients on to Xero and developing educational pathways to develop their strategy.
What success looks like
Being the first point of contact to build a successful relationship with Xero. Successfully supporting Xero sales staff in ensuring a high level of data quality to enable the rapid and accurate identification of sales activity and the increase of customer satisfaction. Meeting monthly target of Partners hitting Bronze level and Meeting monthly activity KPI’s.
