About the role
As a member of the Marketing Leadership Team (MLT) you will be accountable for setting the overall marketing direction, culture and vision whilst role modelling the Tyro values proudly.
With proven experience in B2B marketing, Performance Marketing and Marketing Leadership, you will achieve the annual growth plan via Tyro’s Direct Marketing channels and its team of 4 (current). You will have a strong ability to evaluate performance and develop strategies to drive growth across a portfolio of products and manage a large budget.
Your function champions growth representing Tyro’s obsession with small business success in of aim of driving customer acquisition and transaction revenue promoting Tyro products including all Payments, Deposits, Lending and Tyro Connect products as well as new and developing products.
