Heart of the Role

Over the past few months, we have been busy reinventing ourselves and our business proposition from the inside out, making significant investments in our team in order to build the best product and service for our users.  We are now ready to tell everyone how good our business is, and that’s where this role comes in. 

You will be responsible for calling warm leads to encourage subscription payments. You will promote and develop new business in the trade services industry. We are looking for full-time candidates who can help us create an amazing customer experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Facilitating inbound and outbound consultative sales through the development of strategies and techniques.
  •  Calling active and disengaged leads to encourage first-use payments
  •  Upholding consistent best practice to assist with the onboarding business user experience and minimization of churn.
  •  Ongoing usage of educative and consultative strategies to encourage clients to port to more suitable products at a higher strategic value.
  •  Offering cross-selling opportunities for new and existing clients in addition to their regular usage payments.

 

 Skills and Experience

  •   Experience in a similar position or one in sales.
  •   Excellent communication; both written and verbal.
  •   Telecommunication experience preferred; cold calling a major bonus.
