We’re looking for a strategic VP of People & Culture to take us on our next stage of growth as a scale up from 200 people globally to 500 in the next few years. 
You will provide coaching, inspiration and strategic direction for a People & Culture team of 10 who are distributed across seven countries globally, Australia, US,UK, Belgium, Iceland, Singapore and India

What you will do?

  • Drive a People & Culture strategy aligned with our business OKRs and longer-term growth plans
  • Build on our existing foundations of the Warrior Code (Values) to create a high-performance culture where diversity, speed of decision making and empowerment are key pillars
  • Establish trusted relationships with the executive team to provide thought leadership regarding organisation and people related strategy and execution. 
  • Build compensation and benefits programs that include salary planning processes / salary surveys and benefits. 
  • What we're looking for?

  • Strong experience in a fast-paced global tech company (scale-up 200 - 500 people) and provides strategic leadership to a global HR team
  • Worked with investors, senior leadership and board of directors to communicate strategy and take accountability for everything people & culture (including work environments)
  • Track record in building and delivery global people programs within a scale up
  • Strong knowledge of international payroll and Employment laws AU, US, UK as well as benefits and Employee Share Options programs.
