About the role

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to help drive both the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that result in new customer acquisition and growth at Lexer. 

The ideal candidate will have experience marketing to retailers, with a passion for building while doing alongside a team of entrepreneurial marketers dedicated to creating meaningful experiences throughout the client lifecycle. 

What is the role

Reporting to the VP of Marketing you will be a key member of our Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for identifying revenue opportunities and launching campaigns to push our go-to-market teams forward. Supporting both the North American and Australian markets, this highly collaborative role will partner across the Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to design campaign strategies that will engage and convert our target audience in a way that builds pipeline and drives sales. 

What are we looking for

  • You are proficient with core paid channels, including  LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • You’ll have experience generating leads from brands and retailers with $10M - $500M in annual revenue.
  • You have demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills.
  • Proven experience in managing the creation of marketing materials.
  • A history of designing creative and engaging marketing campaigns. 
  • An understanding of business metrics and an ability to optimise for them
  • You are familiar with HubSpot or similar Marketing Automation and CRM platform.
  • You have 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience. 

In this role you will,

  • Partner with internal teams to launch integrated marketing campaigns that deliver cohesive messaging and experiences across all channels (i.e. paid, owned, earned), and increase ROI across high impact initiatives and campaigns. 
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing to build quarterly plans, including identifying key areas of spend and opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimise the entire conversion funnel and continuously experiment with bidding strategies, targeting, messaging, ad creative, and landing pages to drive incremental pipeline.
  • Explore and recommend opportunities with new vendors, partners, and digital channels to expand reach and engagement. 
  • Monitor market intelligence and track competitor activity, using data to test new audience segments. 
  • Continually optimise and test existing campaign strategies
  • Explore and recommend opportunities with new vendors, partners and digital channels to expand reach and engagement. 
  • Continually review our Marketing Automation tech stack to ensure we have the right tools to execute campaigns seamlessly, making recommendations to the VP of Marketing.
