We're looking for a Systems Engineer to join our close knit team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Server configuration and Core services administration (Windows Server2012/2016),
  • On-Premise Platform Migration: Migrate platforms to the latest Microsoft operating systems,
  • On-premise platform migration to the cloud,
  • Build and improve upon our SOE environment for workstations and servers,
  • Improve automation of management of our fleet of Windows servers/endpoints,
  • Manage maintenance tasks required across our corporate Windows environment,
  • Respond to system alerts, prioritising and resolving incidents to restore service,
  • If called upon, jump in to help others out where required,
  • Take the technical and project lead on process and system improvements; and,
  • Operate as an escalation point for our Service Desk team
  • What we're looking for:

  • Experience in running projects from start to finish on your own.
  • Advanced technical skills with Windows Server OS's and core services
  • Technical skills with PowerShell & O365
  • Intermediate experience with networking protocols and devices (Cisco, etc).
  • Experience as a systems administrator/systems engineer.
  • Technical skills with Linux,  proficient in configuring apache/tomcat, troubleshooting OS issues would be a plus
