About the opportunity: Are you the Product Manager we are looking for?
You are the balanced blend of digital project know-how and customer liaison. You are passionate about realising a vision for a great website and being the conduit between initial spec and delivery of beautiful, usable and high quality digital products for our clients.
Bringing your digital product development knowledge to the fore, you are able to convert sometimes broad client requests into detailed requirements specifications for developers, bridging the gap between business need and service delivery. Your relationship management is your key strength, and you relish the opportunity to work in partnership with a client to effectively travel with them from scope to content, budget and functionality, to an end product that achieves their business goals. Your follow-up is second-to-none, and you actively collaborate with our clients to ensure that they are engaged every step of the way, managing their expectations and our commitments to them.
You have a unique ability to translate technical topics for non-technical people, providing clients with confidence about what can be achieved within their budget and timelines, and guiding them to make decisions on tradeoffs and technical implementation choices that affect their project.
You are ultimately responsible for our customer experience, their process, and ensuring that our work meets each customer’s intention and business needs.
