The Opportunity
As Afterpay’s Manager, Platforms Integrations, you’ll be a key member of the Global Merchant Services Team, responsible for the greater volume of integrations and post-integration support for our largest segment of merchants, SMB. You will deliver solutions that make our merchants happier, healthier and the business smarter.

We are much more than our job descriptions, but here’s where you will begin…
- Lead a team of Integration Specialists, overseeing a consultative team of Afterpay experts who integrate our Small Business merchants both directly and across platforms 
- Establish processes that drive global standardisation of integration methodology, ensure the highest operational soundness, and methodically measure and improve productivity at the regional and global levels
- Be the single point of accountability for the team’s performance and goal achievement including defining/ setting team & individual OKRs
- Act as the single point of accountability for the quality of integrations from technical, partner experience, buyer experience, and commerce perspectives
- Lead the post-integration technical service experience, designing process, and ensuring service requests are resolved in the most timely and effective manner
- Work closely with team members to find solutions to onboarding challenges
- Establish best practices for merchant engagement and communications representing region differences and language
- Own and drive relationships with cross-functional internal teams in Sales, Compliance, Product, Engineering to communicate shared business objectives and translate requirements into solutions

Who are you?
Like us, you’ll be deeply committed to delivering positive outcomes for customers and passionate about shaping the future of Afterpay.
- You have experience in a multi-project B2B environment such as a software platform vendor, a digital or software development agency, or a comparable customer-facing project management technical role
- You have a track record of successful project management, leading a team and experience in eCommerce, including Payments, Order Management and Reporting systems
- You have exposure to managing software development life cycles – environments, testing, release management, deployments etc
- You’re comfortable solving open-ended business problems with a combination of technology and creative thinking
- Your stakeholder management skills communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences will be key
- You like to keep it real with your actions, be brave with your decisions, do the right thing for all our stakeholders and shape the future with excitement
