About the Team
Afterpay’s technology was home-grown in Australia, and we’re now building our tech teams in both Melbourne and San Francisco. We’re team players, committed to fast-paced quality work, and we’re looking for people who are keen to be part of something new as it rapidly grows to sky-high limits. Our security team is focused on building and maintaining a company-wide culture that values information security. We are strong believers that security teams should not be the team of NOPE - instead, we believe that our job is to understand our stakeholder’s goals and to work with them to achieve those goals.
About the Role
As Information Security Delivery Manager, you will champion our security improvement workstreams, our program of metrics as well as our team’s engagement processes. You will be disciplined, self-organized and great at managing stakeholders. This role will require you to help build a great team culture, enjoy the ride and have a laugh along the way
Key responsibilities will include:
Helping develop a set of metrics that align with our information security goals
Creating a process for regularly measuring progress against those metrics
Managing relationships with key stakeholders for key workstreams
Establishing status reporting around workstreams progress
Working to improve our internal processes for addressing incoming enquiries

Experienced - You’ll need a track record of having driven program execution within technology, though not necessarily in information security. You’ll understand how agile software development teams operate and how to integrate into their processes.
