As an Implementation Specialist you will be at the forefront of our customer experience - implementing DiviPay software with our amazing clients and owning the customer relationship for the first 3 months of their journey with us. You will act as the conduit between Business Development, Support and Account Management to lead the implementation, configuration and onboarding of new clients to DiviPay. Successfully onboard our customers and transition them to our Account Managers post-implementation, ultimately resulting in high renewal and expansion rates.

A day in the life...

  • Quickly become an expert on the DiviPay software, features and related solutions
  • Attend all welcome sessions with the Sales team (post deal close) for a smooth handover to the Implementation team
  • Work closely with new customers to implement DiviPay within their organisation and assist to configure integrations with DiviPay and third-party products/platforms
  • Solve complex implementations both independently and in a team environment
  • Clearly communicate solutions back to customers
  • Train and teach customer on specific and new aspects of the DiviPay software
  • Work to agree on deliverable customer timelines for implementation and wider business training
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation and manage the project to completion
  • Work with the Product & Engineering team to troubleshoot implementation and think outside the box to meet complex customer requirements
  • Translate technical accounting terms into simple terms for non-technical users and finance teams
  • Communicate the feedback to the wider business (inc Sales, Customer Support, Product & Engineering teams) throughout the implementation cycle
  • Skills we'd love you to bring along

  • 2+ years of experience Customer Success, Implementation or Technical Support with a software focus
  • Previous experience providing training to end-users
  • A technical aptitude and ability to maintain a deep product understanding
  • The ability to communicate clearly and in a timely manner
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Collaborative mindset with a high level of customer focus
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Creative and analytical problem-solver
  • Willingness to accept and take ownership of arising challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a variety of personalities 
  • You enjoy working autonomously as well as part of the team
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry will be highly regarded
  • Project management experience is desirable
