About the Role:

Working alongside the Commercial Director and assisting Regional Growth Team Leads you will help identify high-impact areas in our evolving sales process where you will spearhead and drive the implementation of operational improvements. This will include working as a liaison between Sales and other key partner teams: Marketing, Product, and Business Systems.

You will manage the Sales Operations process to enable improved sales team productivity by supporting overall Sales Strategies, Sales Data Management, Sales Analytics, Reporting and Pipeline Performance Management through the optimisation of processes along the customer journey ultimately turning data into action and leads into revenue.

You will have proven experience as a Sales Operations Manager with a track record of solving complex problems, building on best practices, setting up processes and procedures, with strong analytical skills  and a drive for commercial and operational excellence. Sales Force experience and proficiency is essential.

Develop, own, and evolve the Sales Ops workstream system, managing weekly prioritisation initiatives, updating key stakeholders, and project managing necessary workstreams to ensure they stay on schedule. Provide  consistent operational support to the Commercial Director and  Regional Growth Team Leads including general administration,  assistance with team and executive meetings, as well as establishing and managing regular Sales Team Performance reviews

Work alongside sales leaders to define quarterly objectives, standardise business reporting, sales forecasting and create dashboards for the sales team

Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them to make the sales machine run  more efficiently

Increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools. ex: email prospecting, contract management, content enablement software, etc

Manage metrics/analytics programs to help sales leaders make data-backed business decisions

Use data to assist in improving our pricing structure

Improve our sales process through the implementation of better measurement and execution

Use data to improve lead quality and create an effective lead qualification system

Educate and train sales teams on best practice use of all sales technology and ensure compliance

Work closely with People & Culture to assist in the development and implementation of a standardised sales hiring process.

Develop and implement a standardised sales training program / sales playbook

Assist with onboarding new sales  team members

Execute business process improvement initiatives

Optimise lead qualifications and scoring

Work with Business systems team to drive greater functionality within our suite of systems to drive better performance

Experience and Qualifications 
5+ years' experience as Sales Operations Lead or similar role
BA/BS degree focused on Business, Mathematics, Economics or Statistics preferred
Experience working in a high growth environment supporting a rapidly growing sales organisation
Proven track record of working cross-functionally with all areas of the business
Experience with Salesforce required. Hub spot would be advantageous
Skilled at leveraging and interacting cross functionally Program Management capabilities
Proven ability to identify and lead the implementation of growth enabling initiatives
Have owned the end-to-end process of tracking the sales process and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel
Know what is needed to adjust in order to improve sales performance down the funnel
Built reports that inform sales reps, managers, and leadership on historical results, current performance, and expected results in the future
