At THE ICONIC, innovation drives us; we believe that innovation should not be sitting in a siloed team but rather be part of everything we do & deliver. Every person in tech has a voice and we find that our best products are achieved through collaboration.

Our Tech teams skills and experience are diverse, allowing for greater collaboration and constant learning. All of our teams are cross-functional, mission-driven and able to iterate from inception to production without being blocked or having to ask permission from other teams. We love to move fast and validate learning using data (lucky for us our Data Science & Analytics team is also world-class!)

Responsibility as a Product Owner

As a Product Owner at THE ICONIC, you will inspire your cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to reimagine retail in Australia & New Zealand.  Together, you will create awesome customer experiences.

You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand customer problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market. But you will also have the common sense and practical experience to understand that awesome customer experiences are usually created by more than just shiny website features - they require robust back end technology, business processes, data models and more.
