As a Quality Advocate at Tyro you will work across our Engineering tribes to ensure quality is treated as a first-class citizen in the work we do, that we are working to our principle that quality is a whole team responsibility, and that we are continuously improving the quality of what we deliver.
Quality Advocates work with the delivery teams in their tribes to build up their quality skills and practices so they are self-sufficient in terms of the quality of their deliverables.
You will assist the Engineering tribes with defining and understanding what quality means for their deliverables. You will work to improve how we can assess of the quality of what we deliver, so that it can provide input for quality improvement initiatives.
