We’re looking for a People (HR) Advisor to join the Sine team in Adelaide! This is an exciting opportunity to support our ambitious growth plans as we ramp up for a big 2021 and beyond. You’ll help to recruit and onboard new employees through the lens of our collaborative, fun, high performing culture, and provide support and guidance to managers & employees on all things HR. As a recent addition to the Honeywell family, this is a great opportunity to work with both the Sine & Honeywell teams through the integration phase and support key people projects.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including managing pipelines, candidate communication, interviews and events
  • Advise on competitive compensation to secure, reward and retain employees
  • Provide support, guidance and coaching to employees and managers
  • Assist with the performance management process, driving talent development and employee retention
  • Maintain a current understanding of local employment legislation and compliance, provide advice to internal team
  • Keep up to date with local OH&S legislation, champion workplace safety and compliance
  • Collaborate and implement local and global People/HR programs and projects
  • What you'll have

  • Thorough knowledge of core HR functions and prior software recruitment experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a dynamic, high-growth business. Tech / Software highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, advise, and support leaders and employees on a range of HR, recruitment, organisational and employee relations issues.
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
