With our online secure coding platform, we train and equip software developers to be the first line of defence in their organizations, empowering them to think and act with a security mindset every day. With a recently secured $US48 million in Series B funding, and customers including some of the world's most well-known banks and telecommunications companies, we're now looking for the Marios to our Luigis, the pepper to our salt, and the Chewbaccas to our Hans Solos to join our global team of Warriors.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our people & Culture team to recruit and deliver on our cultural + people centric recruiting process. You will be a major contributor to our global expansion while operating within a hyper-growth environment working alongside teams across 5+ timezones. We are looking for an empathetic executor who will drive our forward-looking and aggressive hiring plan that enables our company’s strategy and evolves our organization into a high-performing recruiting machine. 

What you will do?

  • Take the lead on all things recruiting - this is a full cycle recruiting role and will include sourcing, interviewing,  coordinating and virtual and onsite interviews and global support.
  • Create a sourcing strategy that leverages your networks, and diverse and inclusive communities working in technology.
  • Use team platforms and tools such as Lever, Bamboo, Monday.com to ensure strong data hygiene
  • Build strong partnerships with candidates, Internal Recruiters, and Sales Leadership in order to drive an efficient process for providing the best candidate experience
  • Leverage our employer brand - help spread the SCW love to events, conferences, and communities.
  • Manage offer letters and assist with onboarding for new warriors.
  • Work on multiple team projects as we embark on a best in class recruitment function
  • What We're Looking for?

  • Strong recruiting experience - the majority of which should be focused in the technology space and sales recruiting.
  • Understands technology - bonus points if it’s cybersecurity, has experience executing a sourcing outreach plan, and building a pipeline strategy.
  • A deep understanding of how to run a high quality, full-cycle and custom recruiting process - and how to scale it, while you coach and lead a team to execute this plan seamlessly
  • Consistent track record in driving efficiency through process and automating it with technologies and workflows.
  • Experience using internet recruiting methods, including recruiting products and applicant tracking systems (Lever)
  • Proven success partnering with executives and leaders cross-functionally 
  • Detail-oriented project management skills with the ability to multi-task and stay focused in a fast-paced environment that moves with a constant sense of urgency
