We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Immutable Gaming Studio. In this role you will focus on recruitment activities including attracting, sourcing, interviewing and selecting global talent for our Gods Unchained and Guild of Guardian teams (The ‘Immutable Studio’) as we continue with our rapid growth trajectory. You will partner with hiring managers and provide them with market insights, conduct the interview and hiring process and whilst ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
This is the perfect opportunity for a recruiter with experience in Technical recruitment, and a passion for gaming, with a desire to work on the cutting edge of blockchain and gaming technology. You will be provided with the autonomy to work across the recruitment processes end-to-end, contribute to employer branding initiatives and will play a pivotal role in building out our high-performing Immutable Studio!
You will have the opportunity to:
Conduct proactive recruitment to build a pipeline and funnel for future hiring needsWork across the full recruitment life cycleActively focus on prioritizing diversity hiring to build a more diverse workforce for ImmutableExcite prospective Immutables with the Immutable story, vision and cultureFilter and screen inbound applications across the various recruitment platforms and technologiesProvide end-to-end guidance of individuals through Immutable’s standard interview process - from application qualification, phone screening, to face-to-face interviews, through to offer and closeWork with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies for each positionEnsure the integrity of data and the free-flow of information by meticulous note-taking and utilization of our applicant tracking tools and platformsPromote and support the data-driven talent acquisition approach and strive for constant collaborationMarket map organisations with passive talent in line with the needs of Immutable
We would love you to have:
3+ years as an in-house or agency recruiterExperience recruiting technical and gaming roles (Engineers, Designers, Producers etc.)Experience in data-driven recruitment A passion for the candidate experience
