As a Technical Writer at Honeywell Sine, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing and integrating documentation for our visitor management, workforce compliance, site safety and workplace experience products. While working in an Agile environment, you will create documentation to help Honeywell Sine customers understand how to configure and best utilise our class-leading SaaS product features.

What you'll do:

  • Plan, develop, organise, write, and edit technical content to meet the needs of a variety of audiences, from non-technical end users to programmers, system administrators, and integrators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional software development teams to create content for product overviews, configuration guides, help articles and API documentation for delivery in a variety of formats
  • Audit and update technical documentation on an ongoing basis when new features and changes are released as part of our continuous improvement and delivery process
  • Work with the support team to identify and rectify gaps in the existing documentation suite
  • Comply with Honeywell Sine style guidelines, structure, and design language
  • What you'll have:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical writing within an agile environment
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create, review, and rewrite technical content into simple language
  • Experience working in a team environment & communicating with distributed team members
  • A willingness to take initiative and help drive continuous improvement in the area of technical documentation across the organisation
  • An understanding of API documentation using OpenAPI 3 (Swagger) or similar (desirable)
  • Passion to contribute to shared goals and objectives
  • Samples of technical documentation or other relevant material written by you
